Our Chips are 0.8mm thick unlike many other 1mm thick flat chips on the market. 

Why does this translate to better quality? 

The Agarwood resin generally only penetrates 0.5mm into the surface of the wood. The remaining wood is regular wood. Our Chips are hand carved removing an extra 0.2mm of non resinous wood giving you more percentage of resin with each pack.
