Refund policy

We can not re-sell any products that have been dispatched and/or shipped, therefore, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for poor choice. Please try a sample size prior to purchasing a larger amount. 

All perfumes are packed in appropriate packaging to protect them from breakage and leaking, in the rare case an item is damaged during transit, we will replace the damaged item. If an incorrect product is sent we will replace it. Although very rare, we will also replace any items deemed lost by Australia Post. 

If outside Australia, the buyer is responsible for local customs clearance and possible import duty’s. Refunds will not be issued if appropriate action is not taken to clear the package. 

If the item is returned to us after appropriate action is taken by the buyer to clear the item we will refund the cost of the products minus shipping costs.
