Shipping policy

Items will be shipped in 2 days after payment has been received. Australia Post will be used as the default shipping provider. Tracking from your country to final destination can be done with your local postal provider sometimes in more detail but can also be tracked via Australia Post.

DHL express is available for some countries that meet the minimum purchase amount. The reason for this is we subsidise DHL shipping due to the high costs. 

We are not responsible for local customs clearance and possible import duty’s. Refunds will not be issued if appropriate action is not taken to clear the package. 

If the item is returned after appropriate action is taken by the buyer to clear the item we will refund the cost of the products minus shipping costs.
